Alhoewel het hotel wat gedateerd toont was alles kraaknet. - Hotel is located in the very nice and quiet area just about 3 min walk from the beach and few minutes drive from Grado center. Bathroom is not so big but still enough and there is a small balcony in each room. Breakfast is quite ok., nothing special, just standard hotel’s food. There is an option to take lunch and dinner but preferred to eat outside – - Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is close to the beach. Grado is nice town with lots of restaurants and beautiful old buidings.

  Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities. Warm water in the pool, so very pleasemt to enter in. Nice superiour double room (even we reserved standard we got this one). About 15 minutes walk to the center, but it was also nice ealk along the shore.
