  Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws: - The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees. - The were no light bulbs in the la... wat mensen zeggen » mps over the beds (!). - No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder. - The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l - The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

  This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy.   The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued. The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating for a romantic last night dinner before we left for home. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, warm croissants, meats and cheeses among the many items. The - The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way). The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. Will go again for sure... - The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool.   Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers heel netjes - Kamers waren prima. Personeel was erg vriendelijk hoewel het bedienend personeel slecht in de Engelse taal was. Ze deden echter erg hun best. Kwaliteit van het restaurant was matig maar daar waren de prijzen ook naar. Verder een prima verblijf gehad.
