If only all hotels were as good as this. - The management was so very helpfull with some issues that I had while on this trip, I would say that they went above and beyond my expectations.

We stayed here while in Italy for work and, although it is very accessible and easy to find, we found it to be a relaxing retreat in the evenings.   Really a great value. Staff was excellent. They held the breakfast buffet open an hour for us , since we slept in after a long travel day our first night.
