  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. All in all- great hotel for a reasonable price. - The hotel is really smart, and not only in the name :) Everything is built to make your stay comfortable: good soundproof windows to sleep well, personal airco and wifi (individual hotspot per room!), very good equiped bathroom, comfy bed! Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

  Very good location right in the center close to the main city attractions and boutiques. We lived in a double room facing the yard with a nice balcony. It was very calm, cosy and clean. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights.
