  We were a little dubious when we first saw the doorway leading to our apartment, but then wow! A beautiful large place with 2 floors, 2 living rooms and fireplace, gorgeously decorated, and a nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom. The only downside with our young family was that Trastevere comes alive after 11pm at night, and even with the windows closed and ac o - We stayed in one of the apartments in Trastevere (Mameli) for four nights and we were 3 in total (my partner, my mom and I). It was clean, spacious, warm (cause winter), kitchen is well equipped and the shower was great. Very spacious. Free Wifi in the whole apartment was useful. We had a late arrival but the gentleman (sorry forgot the name) was waiting for us and very nice.   Amazing hotel in the heart of Trastevere. We wondered around to look for places to eat near the hotel, and we never had a meal that was anything less than delicious. The owners are so kind and helpful. They let us check in late, and told us how to get everywhere in Rome. The room was small, but very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a true I - The staff were excellent. We were a bit cold in our room and they came within 20 minute to turn up the heat and to turn up the water heat as well. The staff was very punctual, breakfasts were delivered on time, and they were flexible with our checkout as we had a later flight. The room was in a brilliant location--we walked everywhere. We highly recommend it.

  The staff were really kind and helpful. Vanessa and Tomasso were happy to answer any questions, give us advice on sights and getting around. Vanessa even booked us a restaurant one evening. The room was very stylish, modern and clean. And even though Hip Suites is right in the heart of Trastevere - a lively area of restaurants and cafe/bars - the... wat mensen zeggen » double glazing meant we got a great night's sleep every night (don't worry, there's air con too). - Staff were excellent - we were there for a concert and they even arranged a private car at a very reasonable rate, to bring us to the Stadio Olympico. Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry. The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

  The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Very pleased to s - Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

  De eigenaresse Martina was zeer behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim, nieuw, strak en heel schoon. Er is geen receptie of ontvangstruimte, je krijgt de sleutel van de voordeur en je kamer. Martina is wel altijd te bereiken en elke ochtend worden de kamers schoongemaakt en de koelkast aangevuld. Heerlijk verblijf midden in Rome. Als je 's ochtends het hot... wat mensen zeggen » el uitloopt, kun je in de straat lekker ontbijten. Vanuit het hotel kun je makkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden bereiken. Prima verblijf, zeer aan te ra - My wife and I had a terrific experience staying at the Black and White suite in Rome. Martina, the manager, was amazing, and helped us out in so many ways. The room was clean and modern. In terms of location, the B&W is perfect -- right in the Jewish ghetto, within walking distance of all the major sites. - Great location. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything looks new, just as in the photos. Good wifi speed. Good and friendly service. Highly recommended.
