  Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable. Apryl (reception) was so kind, she explained us for more than one hour about transportation, things to do in Venice and when is best to go to Murano, and other useful information. Thank you, apryl!!   Very good restaurant, Italien food was exxellent, 20 min drive to Venice (parking), beautifull rooms and pool. Good service and clean. We had a great time, good place to stay, if you want to visit Venice, but like a spatious room, free parking, good food, and a pool. - We loved everything.
