the owner Maria and her husband are friendly. At the time my arrival on Sunday afternoon, since they don't live in the B&B, they received my call and came to the residence within 20 minutes time. And they are very warm and nice couple. Also to recommend is the restaurant that they are running beside the residence. Wonderful Italian meal there.

The owners were wonderful -- at midnight it is impossible to find the place since it is in a restricted driving area. So she sent out he husband to meet us and lead us to the place! The location is perfect for touring the Palace.

For me, the residence was the perfect place to stay in Turin. The nearest entrance to Porta Susa Station was only 2-3 minutes away, and the west end of the town centre, with gardens leading down to Via Garibaldi and all the sights, was only a little further.

The Residence is a self-catering ho - The residence is located on a very quiet street, yet close to a vibrant neighborhood with shops and restaurants of all kinds. Piazza Castello, which is the heart of the city, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. But there's also line 56 from Duchessa Jolanda Street close by, or metro line1. The room is spacious and the kitchenette is really practical. I also used the gym once -- it was a real treat! The staff was very helpful with directions and all kinds of information.

Co stanza had a family emergency and was unable to 'host' our stay but let us stay in the rooms without being there which was fine with us. She is the most amazingly kind, generous and wonderful person for letting us stay.

What a beautiful, clean, large, comfortable apartment! There is even real art hanging in the apartment. The bathroom was huge, with washer right there. Full kitchen with dishwasher. This is the best place we have ever stayed in. Sara is very helpful, kind and available for everything. It was a great place.
I also have a suggestion. The place is a residence. But for short time guests like us, the residence could provide/sell small size olive oil, butter, dish soap, salt etc.

The suite we rented was really big. The amount of space gave a really luxury feel.
The appartment itself (1314) was quite funny. It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays. True 80s design!
