The desk staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. We had two rooms (2 adults and 2 kids), kitchenette and a huge balcony with a sea view. Great position for the city, beach and a lovely walk to Jafo. A kettle with tea, coffee and milk in the room were welcome. A free coffee machine in the lobby and free access to a computer. -

... wat mensen zeggen » was in a great location.When I first arrived I received a room that was very old and the furniture and bed were very uncomfortable. But when I asked to move to a different room the front desk clerk gave a a brand newly renivated suite that was magnificient!

My experience at Herod's was top-notch, one of the best hotel experience's I've ever had! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous 'outdoor' feel with trees etc. The breakfast is phenomenal, a true Israel buffet, not to mention the breakfast room is gorgeous. I have stayed at almost every hotel on the beach in the Tel Aviv and Herod's is by far my favorite! Highly recommended.

The service was excellent, friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller.
I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the
Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer
everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and
helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night
(Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location
ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

We liked the treatment of reception staff,attentiveness.We had heavy problems with the health problems and difficult procedures of medicine but the feeling of home,empathy of the staff helped us to get through we'll.
