  On arrival the staff were so hopeful from word go , ease of check in and attention to detail and informative of all information regarding the hotel , bar , restaraunt and general facilities etc. All the staff were local and very familiar with the local area , which was a great help to me as I was travelling on to Causeway in Kerry and it was great ... wat mensen zeggen » to be pointed in the right direction . - Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, well-appointed rooms. Breakfastsincluded were full, order off the menu breakfasts. One dinner includedwith two night stay--that dinner was the best meal of our three week trip--excellent!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tralee Holiday Lodge. The room we stayed in was larger than expected, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly. The hostel is in a great location, and is very clean and tidy.   The apartment was very spacious plenty of room. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no problem in anything you needed or requested. Very convenient to the town centre. Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Superb - We had a great stay! Our room was very nice and spacious. It was a bit old fashioned which wasn't a problem at all. The bathroom was clean and more modern. The breakfast next morning was brilliant. Continental breakfast and Full Irish, which we both loved. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk! We would definitely come back!

  Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular.   Sandra was lovely and helpful. The staff were efficient and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful - the dining room: pretty, the music: restful, the food: ample and delicious. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The day room was also very nice with books and a courtesy computer. Jerome was a good sport and ran us to O'Donnell's gratis. Facilities in thexroom were second to none. I would highly recommend this beautiful place, close to town and with a wonderful view if the slieve mish mountains.

  We liked everything about this Hotel ,its location was perfect as we were going to the Listowel races .Our room was very comfortable, we had a lovely breakfast , all the staff were very friendly ,only problem we were only there for one night ,We will definitely be back again . The room was spacious, tidy and clean and well worth the money. There was a small, but exquisite food market in Tralee with an excellent choice of local and homemade food such as cheese, chutneys and bakings.

  My group also stayed at Dromoland Castle and we all agreed that our stay at Ballygarry House was more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable.The price was reasonable.
