This was an absolutely incredible experience. Elaine is such a sweet wonderful person and she makes you feel so welcome, you cannot even imagine. Our dog Dora took to her from the moment she saw her. This B&B is outstanding and as good as many 5 star hotels. Room and ensuite were spacious & beautifully appointed. Luxury bedding & towels. Breakfast superb - fruit freshly prepared, porridge lovely, excellent hot choices. Host very friendly and helpful regarding local knowledge. I don't know what you could do to experience a better B&B than this. Having spent 4 weeks in B&Bs in UK & Ireland this one beats them all by a long way.

Nuala looked after us so well and went beyond what was required by
leaving my wife's medication, which we had left behind, in Belfast
with a friend while she was there. We were able to pick it up there. Now

trip. What a perfect way to end. Great location with excellent hosts.

We loved everything about the bed and breakfast. Family owning the place was lovely, helpful and welcoming, the room was incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and nice, had we stayed there longer, we would probably gain lots of weight because of huge portions we were getting!

I'm not afraid to say that Carnately Lodge is the best B&B house in Northern Ireland. The rooms are comfy, clean and very well designed. The breakfast was purely natural from local farms and so much tasty. Colette and Burt are the most welcoming people who took care of us since the first minute. Looking forward to see them again!!

What can I say? A beautiful house set in a beautiful position on the side of Lough Neagh. The welcome was very warm and the accommodation and breakfast were immaculate.

The Derrin was very convenient to both the Ferry and the downtown area. Immaculately clean and a great owner/staff. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the pricing is very good. We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning
The rooms were very clean and well equip
