  We had a lovely stay in the Anchor Inn, the room was beautifull with a lovely ensuite and nice powerfull shower. Once we arrived a basket was delivered to the room with tea, coffee bottled water and ice bucket with ice and a jar of cookies. The room was very clean and extremly comfortable. The food is the resturant was amazing and i defo recommend... wat mensen zeggen » getting the shared dessert. - Everything. Room was better than a hotel. I had to take down the name of the mattress because it was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Food was 5 star. Great value for money, cant wait to go back.

  I stayed post valentines day with my partner and unexpectedly got engaged! It was a perfect setting and I adored the decor of the courtyard suites...was only sorry we could not stay and enjoy them longer. Staff were very friendly but not intrusive. We ate in Darbys which struck a nice balance between good (not gourmet) food and relaxed atmosphere.... wat mensen zeggen » Breakfast in the long room, if lucky enough to have a window seat, is pretty special as well. This is not a cheap hotel but off peak it's amazingly g - Doonbeg reminded me of withering heights driving up to it but has the luxury fell inside like an old manor .   Loved Bernadette who was so helpful in planning the next leg of our trip and in recommending hiking and restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent, room was comfortable and clean, and the house itself is beautiful. We loved the rural setting with grazing cows out the bedroom window and Galway Bay across from the house. The honesty bar is a neat idea a... wat mensen zeggen » lso. - This is a superb guest house just outside the lovely town of Ballyvaughan. Its has a beautiful view of the bay. The rooms are charming, and theirs was perhaps the best breakfast we have had in Ireland-which is saying a lot. - This is a lovely, accommodating place with friendly faces and fantastic food. The honor bar was a really nice addition to the amenities, too. Wish we could have stayed longer and would recommend Drumcreehy House to friends.

  I stayed for two nights with my wife and two kids 5 and 11 before heading back to america the room was great and spacious for a family room with nice size bathroom.very clean a and well furnished.The owners and all the staff were very nice and really helpful in every way they could. We really loved the horse back riding we did with Michael he was ... wat mensen zeggen » very patient with all off us and it was a perfect way to end a great vacation in Ireland and great that you are only Ten minutes to Shannon airport. I - We arrived a little late in the evening but Noreen gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. We stayed in the family bedroom which had one room with two single beds connected to a room with a double bed. We were very comfortable. We rode horses the next morning and Micheal and their two sons helped us and we went on a tour of the farm. The family was great, the food tastey, and the accommodations very comfortable.

  This hotel is situated in a stunning location with Louth Derg just metres away. It is also in the heart of the East Clare Way, we did a fabulous hill walk right from the door of the hotel. The hotel is small and friendly and full of old school charm, our bedroom was lovely and very spacious. Unfortunately I broke my foot while out walking and John(think that was his name) was so good. He went home and got me a loan of a crutch and some painkillers. So nice of him to do that for a complete stranger. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
