  This is a great hotel to stay with friendly and extremely helpful reception staff. Rooms spacious, clean & huge comfortable bed. Hotel is located close to Christchurch Cathedral (I think) & close to Temple Bar-this is an area with pubs, cafes & cultural aspect, 3 min walk to buses, fabulous location yet the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is... wat mensen zeggen » good with fresh fruit salad, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast to order. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. - Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St. Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.

  Staff were very helpful! They booked us a cheap ride from the hostel to the airport since we had a 6:30am flight. Facilities were clean, hot showers, and clean sheets including sheet over the comforter. I would def stay here again. Location was great. 15 min walk to Guinness storehouse, 10 min walk to trinity college, 7 min walk to temple bar area... wat mensen zeggen » . - It is a very central location to Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, and O'Connell Street. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. The facilities (even the shared shower rooms/ toilets) are very clean, and the bedrooms themselves are very clean. This is the 2nd time i've stayed here and I would definitely recommend to others!

  What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. I can't believe how any one can leave a negative report about this Gem of a B&B.I was told by a regular whom I met... wat mensen zeggen » that's stays there often that prices have gone down more than 40% in the past few years but the standards have gone up. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.
