  Staff/owners are really friendly and you can see they take care about place and continously improve it. It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case) Shared bathrooms were nice and clean (i had sink in my room just for myself which wss nice) and bed linen was clean and crisp, ... wat mensen zeggen » which made my stay greater. There was a nice amount of storage in the bedroom (so no tripping over your unpacked suitcase) and there was a small tabl - The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!
