Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .
