  This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Stayed with a friend of mine just for a night away to catch up and do some shopping etc. location is absolutely perfect, a short stroll to Grafton Street, and surrounded by great pubs and restaurants. We were given a beautiful room on the top floor overlooking the Green...we had only boo - Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel.   Staying at The Gibson Hotel was a pleasure. The rooms are fantastic, they are very comfortable and stylish. The shower is huge and again very stylish. The bed's are massive too and like sleeping on a big marshmallow. There are lots of nice little touches like a basket of apples by the lift, little post it notes in certain areas of the room. We stayed there whilst attending a gig at the point/o2, it's a few steps - Warm welcome on arrival & very efficient check in.
