  This hotel was built in the 50's. I remember it since then. Not a lot has changed and I love that !The comforting feel of the place was great. No raz matazz ! The owners/managers were just so kind and low key nice. Wonderful !Old fashioned but full of GENUINE character. The bus into galway was outside and easy. Would recommend the Anno Santo to everyone.

  Excellent service and location.   The hotel location, easy access to the surrounding sights, interests and easy motorway access. Close to various eating establishments. The room was very good, hospitality hard to beat and very friendly. Nice big shower and plenty of hot water.. Good car parking with lights, so good if you are arriving late at night. Suit most business needs, travelling couples and those looking f - This was one of the very few B&B's that provided free internet, we do not have a tablet or laptop etc. and found it very handy. The sitting area was very comfortable with all one could require including a kitchen with coffee and teas. A 2 minute walk and we found ourselves in Trappers Pub ready for a good pub dinner. Gerry was very helpful making sure everything was to our liking.

  The Salt Hill Location itself is nice village, with a variety of restaurants. We tried Black Cat which was great for lunch but service a little slow during dinner. The fish and chips shop is great too for takeaways. I pick up my morning coffee from Gourmet Tart Company next door (they open at 7:30am). Jameson court is located in the center of it a... wat mensen zeggen » ll. It is about avoid 25-30 mins walk to Galway downtown. But taxi stand is just right on the doorstep if you are not up for it. What makes our stay p - This was a stop part way through our journey across Ireland. We had stayed in some wonderful hotels and were unsure about our stay in an apartment. It was a great choice. Not only was it convenient to Galway city center, but to a delightful area called Upper Salthill. Wonderful pubs and restaurants just around the corner! Catch the 401 bus into the city center and for a few pennies you don't have to worry about parking. Jonathan was extremely helpful and patient with our questions and accomodat

  My family of four stayed with Marie at the Inishmore Guest House during our two-week tour of Ireland. She was a most gracious host, and the facilities were outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling, with several options to choose from. The place is very convenient to downtown Galway as well. My family... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyed the company of Sparky and Blacky, the very friendly resident dog and cat. When we return to Galway, we will be staying here again!! - Our family had an outstanding experience at Inishmore, mainly due to Marie and her staff! They went the extra mile to find us an extra bed at the last minute and then Marie personally found a doctor and a pharmacy who could treat my wife on a Sunday afternoon for an unexpected medical condition. The food was great, the location is perfect, quite neighborhood, but a nice, short walk to town or to the shore. I highly recommend Marie and Inishmore!
