Please be advised that only 1 credit or debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days. However, some banks do take longer. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Temple Bar Dublin City Apartments offers discounted 24-hour parking at a nearby car park. Guests must have their parking tickets stamped at the reception desk to receive the following rates at the car park office: EUR 2 per hour, EUR 10 overnight (18.00-09.00) and EUR 15 per 24 hours. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required per person upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
