The staff were accommodating, always pleasant and keen to provide whatever service or information we required. We used an offer from letsbookhotel.com - it included breakfast and it was very cheap. Quality was acceptable - so value for money was the best from all other options.

  We were pleasantly surprised by this one. I expected a backpacker hostel-type experience, but our room was on par with the nicer B&Bs and hotels we've stayed at. The staff were friendly at check-in and helped us arrange a cab to the ferry port the next day. We were staying at there hotel and thought food might not be good. We were pleasantly WRONG. All but the last of 3 days the food was excellent (we had breakfast, lunches and dinners on various days).   Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. The room was modest but adequate and clean, with full en suite facilities. The desk staff was accommodating and very friendly. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.
