More boutique and personal than any of the others we visited . - The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

  Good value for money (by Bali standards), good location, nice comfortable rooms, staff helpful and attentive, pool pretty good. To expand on a few points above: I REALLY don't think Bali is the sort of place you need to worry about a hotel being in a good location. As long as you are away from the scum of Kuta, its all good. We had actually booked this resort for a day. but then we liked the location and comfort in this place so we extended the stay here for one more day. It was so relaxing and staff was so helpful and warm that we extended the stay for the third day as well . This time we upgraded to there private villa.The quality of service and amenities were good.   The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately. Location wise, you are a little away from most attractions, however still only a matter of minutes by taxi to get - i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.

  Everything was new so very very clean. The design was really nice, the bathroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. Loved the private pool.
