  This is my first visit to Semarang and Best Western Hotel. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the toilet spray on the day when we arrived, but the staff managed to check and repair it within 30 minutes. The room is well kept and very clean. I especially love the pillows and the bed. they are very comfy and ext... wat mensen zeggen » ra fluffy I feel like I never want to part with them. The skypool is also very beautiful! definitely a must-see if you stay at this hotel! - Room is very nice, a very-comfortable queen bed with numbers of pillow. Very cold ac. Clean and relaxing room design with city view window. The most exciting part is their swimming pool, which located on 30th floor. Very nice sunset and city view while you swim. Still a very new building and a good choice for relaxing in the middle of busy city.
