  An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had... wat mensen zeggen » already booked. The spa in itself is a fantastic experience. Some great sights and snorkelling off the hotel beach. The full moon dinner surrounded b - Paradise. Pure paradise. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

  We were there on honeymoon with my wife. And it was perfect in all aspects! May be the breakfasts should be a little bit various.. The hotel has a very beautiful territory and swiming pool with breathtaking view to the sea and the mountain Agung - the peak of Bali island: you can engoy the amaizing sunsets. And we also were very surprised and affected with the at - This place is fantastic. It is situated just out of the busy town and offers nice bungalows/villa'S. The pool area is fantastic with an infinity pool looking out over the sea and the Bali volcano'S. Personnel is well-trained and super friendly. Quality and pricing of the restaurant is excellent.

  Spent 3 days in this family-owned small hotel (only 6 suites). It feels like paradise on earth. The setting is beautiful and quiet around a big pool. The suites are large enough and tastefully arranged. The bathroom has a bath and an outside shower. The personnal is nice with no exception and they really get out of their way to make your stay as b... wat mensen zeggen » est as possible.   The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it c... wat mensen zeggen » ould do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again. - Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

  We loved the range of facilities that were available. From the clean private beach, luxurious pool, games, turtle hatchery, pony stable and dive center. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and fully equipped with high speed internet connection. We loved it! - Staff very friendly and attentive. Location on beach was lovely.   We loved Laguna and Gili T as a whole. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very well presented and although some people may think they look tired, we ha no complaints. The location is perfect for snorkeling with plenty of fish recognisable from finding nemo (good for the kids) and we were ... wat mensen zeggen » even lucky enough to see a Turtle (usually have to take a day trip for turtles). Breakfasts were spot on considering that Gili T is such a tiny islan - Loved the friendly staff. Always happy to chat to us and help us out. The breakfast each morning was delicious! You could have whatever you wanted from the menu. The rooms cleaned daily and extremely spacious. Opposite the beach. Nice and quiet and away from the noise of the bars etc, being a small island it only takes you 10 minutes to get to everything and 5 minutes later you are out of it all again anyway. Beautiful snorkelling area right out the front and only two doors down from Mango Dive
