  The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm. The buffet breakfast is adequate. They do provide airport transfer to and from hotel for free. I will stay here again in the future.   Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing.
