My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali.

  We are a honeymoon couple, what a surprise that they give us complimentary amunities upon arrival- this is beyond the expectation :) - There is a KFC and supermarket just across the street. The staff are very friendly and respond to calls fast. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complementary pudding with fruits for my birthday.

Rooms kept very clean. Air-con. TV. Staff were absolutely incredibly helpful. More than I expected as they helped me find cheaper rates for water sports. They don't get commission as I thought. Breakfast included was perfect with a few options. Location was great and the helped me source a scooter cheap. Good hub for going to kuta, jimbaran, uluwatu, etc.. I will not look at another place. I'm coming here again next year!! T
