  The setting at Radiant Hotel & Spa was very nice. We were there only one night. Our room was just off the pool so was very relaxing, just what we needed. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle as we had a early plane to catch. They had a box breakfast ready for us in the morning. - Very close to the airport and hotel offered hassle-free pick up and drop off. Room was very clean, comfortable with a modern Asian feel. Very quiet at night. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late and although the kitchen was closing they were happy to cook for us anyway.

  We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus.   We were very happy and will definitely return. This is a lovely more traditional garden hotel. The gardens were well tended on a daily basis. The stafff were lovely, lovely people who were very willing to help with anything we requested. We do not understand people's previous negative comments as we did not find the complaints to be true. The back western wing was being be renovated while w - My husband and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and stayed here for five days. Although we felt Kuta itself was too busy and bustling we love the resort because it was so quiet and relaxing yet right in the heart of Kuta and only a short walk to everything. The staff at Kuta Beach Club were awesome and friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool and sunken pool bar was a big highlight and nearly every afternoon was spent keeping cool in the pool and chatting to other guests.
