  The setting at Radiant Hotel & Spa was very nice. We were there only one night. Our room was just off the pool so was very relaxing, just what we needed. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle as we had a early plane to catch. The staff was very friendly and more then willing to accommodate anything we wante... wat mensen zeggen » d. They had a box breakfast ready for us in the morning. - Very close to the airport and hotel offered hassle-free pick up and drop off. Room was very clean, comfortable with a modern Asian feel. Very quiet at night. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late and although the kitchen was closing they were happy to cook for us anyway.

  We were satisfied with the hotel staff's hospitality & patience to the guests, always be helpful, beside, the flexibility of the hotel rules, by letting us check out at 1 pm plus, instead of 12.00. Shuttle bus to airport was also available, to give us no hazel.   We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. - The facilities and staff were wonderful! Only a short walk into the heart of Kuta.

  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza.   The Balinese bungalows are beautiful and immaculately maintained as are the beautifully manicured gardens. Most of the staff speak very good English. The 2 pools are very clean and relaxing and the pool bar is great. 5 mins walk to Kuta beach and shopping right at your door. Poppies lane 1 can be very busy at night but you can't hear a thing from... wat mensen zeggen » the bungalows down the back. I would highly recommend this place to most people. It's not a party place if that's what your after. It's a very quiet, - The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The food and drinks were good and very well priced.Plenty of eating places and mini marts all around the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa. I personally did not care for Kuta but, if that is your type of environment, Kuta Puri is good value for money and quite central.
