  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza.   The room was clean, big and comfortable. The service, in general, was good. The swimming pool was awesome, with the bar. We could drink in the pool. The restaurant had good food. The night before we checked out, there was an event in there, with some balinese dance and all-you-can-eat BBQ for $17. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad. I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect! All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
