  The staff is extremely nice and helpful, from reception to bar and restaurant. A very big plus here! Room was crystal clean, and the bathroom in particular was looking great, all new and shiny. They have a very nice terrace on top of the building.   Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  Everything was perfect from A to Z. Right after my booking I received an email from the staff with the confirmation and all the information I needed. Upon arrival the young men who did my check-in was very friendly and informative, helpful. The appartement was spotless, perfect location, very clean, very quite, I slept like a baby!   Very nice hostel, quiet and has no-shoes policy, so you got to put slippers on to be able to walk inside the hostel (which is fine with me as I don't wear shoes at home either). Rooms are very warm, and since I'm used to lower temperatures I had to open windows a few times to get some cool air in... Plenty of public transport around - metro stop just 1 min walk from the hostel (Octagon) and trams are in front of the building too. I saw the housemaid did very good job. Even a hair she saw on the ground, she picked it up! -We stayed friends hostel for 5 days, they helped us to wash clothes for free.   We are a family with 3 children. We stayed in Kikelet Pansió especially in order to visit Aquaworld in Budapest (10 min by car, no traffic jams). We were very satisfied. The pension is located in a quiet area, it is surrounded with family houses far enough from the main street. It is a perfect place for children. There is no restaurant in the pension, but a goo - We booked the panzio in order to attend the Hungarian Grand Prix and it was ideally located for that purpose. The room was small but had all that you needed including air con which was needed in temperatures of 35 plus. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast plentiful. The gardens were lovely to sit in during the evening and there were a couple of lovely restaurants a short walk away by the Danube.   These are really excellent, comfortable apartments with everything you need to make you feel like you're at home whilst you're in an amazing foreign city. The location really couldn't be better, it's the equivalent of having an apartment 5 minutes away from Picadilly circus and the metro is so easy to ride that you can get anywhere in no time at a... wat mensen zeggen » ll. The staff all speak fluent English and are very helpful. I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones.
