Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

For the price the hotel was suitable. However the room was quite
different from description at the time of booking - no bath and small
room. I am nearly sure they also mentioned a kitchen area. I liked the
location it was about a 15-20 walk from the very center of the city
which I liked, it was in a trendy neighborhood and the walk was very

Stayed there for the second time. After visiting other hotels at a
higher rate with less convenience, I found this hotel was quite a good
one. If you reach there by train, take m2 and just one stop to Blaha
Lujza ter. Walk along Jozsef korut towards Baross U. Take about 10 mins.
If you reach by plane, take bus no. 200E from airport to the last stop.
Then take the metro m3 to station Kalvin ter. About 7-min walk to reach
the hotel.

Perfect location, close to all important spots but on a small street that is not noissy. Across the apartment is a beautiful sugar shop with perfect cackes, you have restaurants, supermarkets and even a market hall in walking distance.
The apartment looks very good, have everithing you might need, and is very cool inside, which was perfect since outside were over 20 degree.

The travel cot supplied for our 17 month old was great and really comfy for him, the staff were really helpful when we were there but also leading up to our trip with help organising our airport shuttle and other taxis we needed. the apartments were excellent and very clean and tidy.

The staff at k9 were very friendly and helpful. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.
