  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

Apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. 2 large rooms with 2 double beds. Lounge zone is in one room with 2 sitting sofas, coffee table and TV. Bathroom and toilet are separated that is convenient. - Wow, this is the first expression I had for the way Gabor served us. I have traveled a lot with my family and most of the time I used booking but the way how Gabor organize the hole thing is more than perfect. There are no words to explain how he is. He care and he is very careful on each step of your visit. You don't need a guide if you book with Gabor he will explain and provide you with every thing including maps and tickets to visit Budapest.   The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Supermarket in the same building is an asset...a bus stop in front of the building, but metro station is about 10 walking distance. - This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.
