The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

  My friends and I spent 3 nights at Nemes Apartment. Although it's a little bit far away from the city center, it is quite clean, quiet and comfortable with full equipments. And most important thing is the nice staff, we even got the free pick up from the bus station and transfer to the airport by the boss, we really appreciated the hospitality of ... wat mensen zeggen » the staff. - Even though we stayed at Nemes Apartment for only 1 night, the owner was very friendly and even let us stay in the apartment later than the normal check out time. The apartment was much bigger than we imagined, we would have loved to stay another day or two.

  I dont usually write or read reviews - I prefer to make up my own mind but this was an excellent apartment and deserves recommendation : The family have 2 - 3 apartments & we chose Molnar U., 53, as it is right on the river embankment. Traditional Hungarian building with very high ceilings, and an uninterrupted close-up view of the recently re... wat mensen zeggen » stored Szabadsag " Green " Bridge, Danube, Geliert Hill, Citadel, etc. The apartment was spacious, clean & well appointed, - with real wood furnti - The location was perfect. We were across the street from the Danube, and closest to all attractions and restaurants. We had our five year-old daughter with us, and she made friends with the neighbour children in the courtyard. It was one of the best trips we have taken in Europe thus far. It was a beautiful apartment with all of the amenities we needed.

  A great location, if you want to be near the main tourist street with lost of shops and restaurants (which are open late and sell everything at 'tourist prices'). The apartment has an unique atmosphere, with very high ceilings, windows opening to Vaci utca, and a church sitting in the back yard.

  I stayed in Pipa Apartment during my Eurotrip for 3 nights. I can say without any doubt that it is the best accomodation I was in for 2 weeks. The host Eva is the nicest person you can come across. She was extremely helpful right after I made the booking, providing me with information on the directions, ticket options, etc. After I arrived, she sp... wat mensen zeggen » ent quite some time explaining to me about the city, tourist attractions, transport, etc. The apartment itself is lovely. It has literarily everything - It was a very spacious apartment and very well equipet. Everything we needed was there! Like soap, toiletpaper, soap for dishwaser and washingmachine. The wifi also worked well. The hostess Eva, was also realy nice and helpful and gave us a lot useful information about Budapest and how to get around. The apartment had a very god location as it was situated next to the foodmarket and 800 meters from the Gellert bath. We can realy recomend this appartement!

  We arrived late but the owner of the apartment was happy to wait and meet us, great service! The apartment was fairly clean, functional and comfortable, with a very good location, central to the old town, and most of the restaurants/bars/river. Also minutes from the metro and tram stops.

  Amazing location in the heart of Budapest! Large, comfortable, secure, fully equipped apartment with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom was huge! Miklos was super helpful and gave us some great tips and area information on where to go, where to eat, and how to get around. Right near the river and Vaci Ut., walking distance to most ... wat mensen zeggen » of the places we wanted to see and an easy walk to the metro. We would love to go back and stay there again. Even my overly frugal husband was surpris - this is my third time in Budapest and i love the location of this apartment. Once again, I was impressed with everything. Easy to get to, easy to all transportation, walking distance to most of pest sights, and right in the middle of Vaci street which is the main pedestrian area. Miklos is always helpful and very accommodating as usual.
