The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.

We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two
bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some
problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet
dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The

Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
