1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was
always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also
the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay
my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,
very convenient. R

I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from.
