  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Super accomodatie, zeer goed personeel erg aardige bediening - It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. That's an upgrade from a 200 euro room to a 500 euro room. I give it an A+ on all counts. Excellent - We liked everything. A true 5 star experience. Extremely cleanrooms, spacios, designer body lotions and shampoo in the bathroom,location is right in the old city, next to a castle, free parking -which is something rare in Budapest, the staff were extremelyaccomodating and the restaurant was a palate's delight.   Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat. Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!
