  The location and the price of the apartment was great. The property has two buildings, one facing the main street where the train tracks go and the other facing the lake. It was near the city center and had a private "beach" (i.e. lake entry, it's not a beach). The apartment itself was spacious with a nice balcony, AC, and modern kitchen.
