  Exceptional customer service: airport pick up was in a luxury private car with a very friendly and highly resourceful driver, I was greeted by two hotel staff, one for my bags and one to give me a freshly-made juice smoothie, check in was quick and polite, and staff organised an affordable hire car company to collect me, let me leave my bags and u... wat mensen zeggen » tilise any of the facilities until my room was ready (which because of my early arrival they rushed).
