Minutes away from restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, fort, town centre, and the old port. 15 minutes walk from the Rethymno bus station, beach. Really, there's no need for a pool when you are in Crete. Panos, Iro and their cute (quiet) pet dog will make you feel at home instantly. Arrived at 11pm and they were still hospitable as ever. We stayed in room #101, this was their cave room, part of the old monastery. Lot's of history here. The food at the restaurant does not disappoint! The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable as well. He also makes his own wine, raki (similar to grappa) and a lemon liquor. We bought some of his liquor to take home. Would definitely return here.

  Ligging is ideaal. Als je de weg verder omhoog rijdt komt je in een klein dorpje met supermarkt en 2 tavernes, als je naar beneden rijdt ben je zo in Rethimnon. Het huis is ruim van opzet en super schoon. Twee badkamers waarvan 1 met bubbelbad. Heerlijk zwembad(je). Eigenaar super vriendelijk. Bij afrekenen nog lang onder genot van zelfgebrouwen s... wat mensen zeggen » terke drank (ben naam even kwijt) met elkaar gesproken. We kregen ook nog een fles mee (vermomd in sparood flesje). Ik zou zo weer terug gaan, helemaa - We really liked our stay in this beautiful apartment with private pool. Everything was very clean. We had an own bbq, a fully equipped kitchen, nice spacious rooms. Everything is just perfect. Good location, away from the crowded city center but still close by ( 10 min by car). We would defenitely recommend this place to others.

Yes there is no rich interier but you have everything you need - beach about 200 m, free own parking, small kitchen in a room and one (minimum) supermarket near of the the hotel. The beach is too close and a very beautiful bar purpose sunchair on the beach. 2supermarkets really close. Everyday, we come again in the room : new towels, dishes washed, room cleaned : really holydays !!!!
