  Wonderful hotel! Kavos is in a fantastic location -- it overlooks the port of Patitiri and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We felt very lucky to have booked a hotel in such a convenient location since we had friends staying in other hotels that were much more of a hike to the centre. It is worth it to spend the extra money on a view room since the port is spectacular, esp - The hotel is situated at the best possible location. It is on a hill right next to the sea and practically next to the port. The view from the balcony is splendid. The rooms are clean and there is nothing that you can really complain about.

If fact this is 5 starts - The owner, his mom and dad friendship, the nice pool with nice sun beds, the location of the buildings in a nice spacious yard, with olive trees far from the street. The cleanliness of all the area, the garden and flowers, the rooms and balcony, the parking space, the wondeful cakes that the owner Mom brought almost every day to our studio.

  We stayed at this lovely hotel as we were travelling around the Greek islands. It is situated at the top of the ring road around town. You can walk there from the harbour, its a bit of a slog on foot,up hill all the way, its a good work out but all of the old town is like this. Very quaint narrow streets, whitewashed. The breakfast is by now, legendary and homemade especially the s - The Thea Home Hotel is a very good choice to stay in Skopelos. The location is above the City on the Ring Road and good to reach but nevertheless quiet. It is not a problem to park a car on the road but there is a dedicated parking space as well. The rooms with sea view are nice located and offer a scenic view on the city and the harbour. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.   Everything was really good. the staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were also very good. The restaurant is ok, but I only had lunch there as we wanted to see the island. The beach is pebble but the sea is great, I liked it and if I ever return to this island I will stay there again for sure.
