  The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and had a great knowledge of the city and its attractions. Note that if you check in late at night the staff on the night shift at the reception does not speak English.   The hotel owners are very friendly and open to answer all questions we had. They are really trying hard to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast we had in hotel was very correct and at the level of my expectation. Rooms are clean and towels are being changed on regular basis.
