  The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate. Staff were very professional and polite. I came back with friends after a great solo visit first time, and it fully lived up to my expectations.   The Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels I´ve ever stayed. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms very confortable with wonderful sea view.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

It's perfect if you want quiet and peaceful place to rest and enjoy beach and sun. Stuff is very friendly and professional, food was perfect and pretty cheap. This is definitely not our last stay in this hotel.
