  the hotel is wonderfully placed, we got a very nice room with an entrance to a semi private pool. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. The food was very good as well - large spacious room, private pool in the room, great decor, very good buffet breakfast, very friendly and happy to assist staff.

  we liked the style of the hotel, the staff was extremely friendly, rooms very spacious, very comfortable and clean, breakfast was nice and served by very kind waiters. - The staff are amazing and cannot be faulted. The hotel is stylish with great views.The food and drinks are good.

  Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived till end of our stay. The hotel personnel is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are to very high standards. Everything is brain new, made with good taste and of good quality. Restaurant is of high level. Food was great as well as choice of wines. We also liked spa with sauna and big swimming pool combin... wat mensen zeggen » ed with relaxation area. It is deffinitely one of biggest nice surprises we had in recent years. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Beautifully designed hotel in peaceful location. Great views of the sea, town and islands. The studio was comfortable and well equipped.   Very much a family run hotel, with friendly staff, excellent food and ideal for a base to get around Kos island.   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. The Avli Restaurant is lovely if you are looking for a good meal in lovely surroundings. It has a very greek fee

We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
