  Hospitality and warm welcome of owners and staff.Facilities are excellent. Location is superb and quiet ,only two minutes walk to Tram.They extended so much help and advices.They made cruise reservations for us and helped in sending a parcel to uk themselves. - Extremely helpful and friendly staff.   First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Theodora made every opportunity to make arrangements for dinner reservations, island hopping, ferry, taxis etc. It was a very friendly environment and they made our stay tremendously pleasant. The location was nice as well, just a few hundred feet from the base of Mt. Lycabettus where a really nice chur... wat mensen zeggen » ch sits which provides amazing picture opportunities. Costs between 5-7 euro to get to and from town. Most taxis do not know where the hotel is locate - A full apt with a living room, walk-in kitchen and separate bedroom containing a pair of singles, so 3-4 fit comfortably inside and on the long balcony. Safest location, 4 mins from two Metro stops where you can pick up breakfast at the bakery and cook it in the oven. Two elevators so they always work and lovely super-friendly staff. If you are getting a price below 100euros, I cannot imagine any place that can beat this.

  Tony and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed there the night before and the night after our cruise which left from Athens. Great place to stay if you have a little one. We were traveling with our 13 month old daughter. The pack'n'play they provided was nice and large, unlike our experience at a hotel in Paris where it was so ... wat mensen zeggen » small she couldn't lay down flat. This pack'n'play was much longer than the typical one in the us. I think it was almost as long as a crib. Our daught - - Location- we walked everywhere, including Acropolis, Plaka district, Flea markets, etc. Everything is walking distance and if needed, metro is nearby. - Owner, Tony, was very welcoming, cheerful, and took a lot of pride in his hotel. You can tell he put a lot of detail into it. - In a neighborhood, so you get the "non-touristy" feel.. even though all the touristy stuff is within walking distance. - Very accessible from the airport.   The location was in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Athens. The hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facility. We loved the fact that we were treated like royalty and we were well taken care of by the excellent staff. Anything that we needed was gotten for us. She suggested a really nice chinese restaurant in the area and even arranged a parking place for our car until we got back from our trip to Rome. The location is exceptional too. The furnishing of the hotel is very cosy and makes you feel like home. It is very safe too.
