  We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car back. 'W - This is an excellent hotel. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants. The buffet was very good, especially with the fresh fruit on offer. Like probably many visitors, we only stayed

  Hospitality and warm welcome of owners and staff.Facilities are excellent. Location is superb and quiet ,only two minutes walk to Tram.They extended so much help and advices.They made cruise reservations for us and helped in sending a parcel to uk themselves. - Extremely helpful and friendly staff.   This is a fabulous hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights with my daughter, prior to going on to Santorini. Excellent location - do not be put off by the fact it is in a suburb of Athens - it is an extremely 'good' suburb with fabulous restaurants and shops and only a short car ride into the centre - we hired a driver from 'Georges Taxis' for the four... wat mensen zeggen » days and like the hotel, I cant recommend them highly enough either. The easiest way to see all the sights when you only have a few days. the Y Hote - everything was perfect! very professional staff, very polite & helpful.   The location was in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Athens. The hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facility. We loved the fact that we were treated like royalty and we were well taken care of by the excellent staff. Anything that we needed was gotten for us. She suggested a really nice chinese restaurant in the area and even arranged a parking place for our car until we got back from our trip to Rome. The location is exceptional too. The furnishing of the hotel is very cosy and makes you feel like home. It is very safe too.

  This was a well taken-care of hotel, stylish and the manager was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious considering the small rooms that are usually available in Hydra and had plenty of sunlight and good view of the mountain.   Simply the best hotel that I've ever been. The neighbourhood is quiet, very green and the air is fresh even in the hottest days. It is very close to the train station and also in 10 min by taxi to Marussi, where many companies have offices and this makes the hotel very good for business trips.
