  We found it to be ideally located halfway between the outstanding (clear water, white sand) mile-long beach in one direction and the picturesque Greek fishing port with lots of shopping and restaurants in the other direction (only a 5 minute walk in either direction.) Be aware that the whole town is parked on a mountain side. The hotel is near the... wat mensen zeggen » top of a street so steep that the sidewalks are actually stairs and there's no elevator in the six-story building. (We enjoyed the exercise, but not - Stavros, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We hired an apartment with three bedrooms - it was huge and very comfortable. There is everything in the kitchen you need for cooking. Fantastic view, very close to the beach. Excellent price. We highly recommend this house!

  Very kind staff and owners, over our expectations, everything was clean and comfortable. Two or three minutes walking to the sea, but firstly it comes a very nice and large commercial area. Ten minutes walking to the beach, a pretty good one. We used to travel with the car around of 25 km to the north-east of Sithonia for a most spectacular beach... wat mensen zeggen » , but here, on Neos Marmaras we also enjoyed the water and the beach. From the balcony we had a very nice view of the sea and some of the city. I high - The host were really nice and friendly, they were always around if you needed something. The rooms were really clean and they had their own towels for the guests. I had a parking in front of my room which was great for my car. Everything is as it looks on the pictures of their web page, what you see is what you get, and even more :)

  Amazing view, great owners and personel, niew and wonderfully kept, in a wonderful setting in the olive trees on a hill overlooking Neos Marmaras, delicious home made breakfast,jacuzzi cabin in the bathroom, great balcony. - really friendly hosts, no noise from the city, just peacefull and lovely rooms!

  House is enclosed beautiful possession, apartments kept in high standard and very clean. Owner is very friendly, taking care of comfort visitor and atmosphere.
