Spacious beautiful yard with lots of flowers and trees, a playground for kids, separated from parking place.   This is the first time I am writing a review but Nikos and Vagelitsa were so welcoming and accommodating that I felt a need to share my wonderful experience. Excellent homely food, peace and tranquility, picturesque location were factors that made this trip memorable. I will be soon returning to Scala!

  Stayed at the beautiful Medusa Resort in July. I can't recommend this place highly enough - It's biggest asset, apart from the incredible location, is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything to make our stay wonderful! The breakfasts were lovely, with enough choice to cater for anyone. Medusa Resort l - We stayed at the Medusa Resort one week in September and we really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we got an room upgrade and had a nice room with a big balcony! The hotel is located directly on the beach (I think this is the only hotel in Plaka which is directly on the beach without the sand round between hotel and beach).   Friendly staff- met us and took us back to the ferry port. The room was spacious and had a good balcony. Efficient refrigerator and shower. Very peaceful, quiet location- close to the best beaches in Naxos. A swimming pool and a small supermarket on the site and also a restaurant. Several other restaurants and shops also nearby- all very good. We ... wat mensen zeggen » met several repeat guests who had visited on previous occasions and this hotel justifiably has a good reputation. - The hotel Plaka is near the camping Plaka, it shares the reception, bar- restaurant, supermarket and the swimmingpool. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned everyday. The beds were really confortable. Breakfast was good but was the same things each day, no variety. The place is 5 minutes walking to the beach. Fantastic place!!

  The views are superb and the welcome is exceptional. For us it is simply the best. I could go on praising the beach, the local tavernas, the towns and the island in general but better to let people find out for themselves.

  The location of the hotel is about 1,5 km behind the the main beach area with all the beach coffee houses, bars and beach supermarkets. It is about 100 m from the beach. It has several rooms. Looks like 4 of them (2 lower and 2 upper floor) with sea view. We had one of the lower floor with our own entry. The breakfast (in case you order) was serve... wat mensen zeggen » d to our terrace. We heard the sea waves at night. The owner (Dimitry) was very nice and cooks very nice specific food for diner (best you ask during - The owner Demitri is hospitable and generous.The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The beach is only 30 metres away and is a white sandy, clean dream with clear deep blue water lapping onto the shore. The hotel has its own sunbeds for guests to use which was most appreciated. You need a taxi to get there but it is worth the 20 euros as it is far away from the masses and incredibly peaceful for somewhere so beautiful.

  Our stay was very good. The room was nice and well equipped. The bathroom was small but with a very good shower with a curtain (not always we found it in Greece) and window with a very useful mosquito net (2 out of 3 windows had mosquito nets). We had also a table and two chairs outside the main door of the room (under the bougainvilleas) and anot... wat mensen zeggen » her little space where to put beach towels and swimsuits. Tony and his family are very kind. Tony offered us a bottle of Raki during our stay, and whe - Away from the tourist places you discover Naxos from the original and quiet side. The evenings on the terrace with their bougainvilleas you can relax the soul. Take the advantage of the opportunity to rent a scooter or quad in the house because the public bus only runs 5 times a day. A small supermarket and 2 typical restaurants and the sea are 400m from the house. Beautiful clean beach with fantastic view of Paros during the sunset. Helpful hotel owner and ideal for families.

  Adonis was brilliant - he picked us up from the port and returned us there, arranged immediate bike and car hire, brought us fresh bread in the morning and cake from his mother, plus homemade wine from his brother! Our room at zefyros was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great balcony where we ate a couple of nights. Plaka beach is gorgeous.... wat mensen zeggen » Only downside is the walk to the beach is longer than suggested - takes about 10-15 mins. Overall a great place! - Zefyros Studios is a nice place to stay to visit the beatiful beaches of the west coast of Naxos (5 minutes by car/scooter): seaview room was perfect, with a nice balcony where we could enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Antonis and Marianna treated us as their friends: they offered us white wine, as well as fruit and sweets freshly prepared. They were helpful in any situation and they made our staying very comfortable.

  Na een rondreis door griekenland vonden wij de rust, de aandacht en het einkand leven heerlijk. Mooie grote kamers, heerlijke zwembaden, genoeg plek om rustig te zitten. Vlakbij het strand, 5 tot 10 minuten lopen. De taverne aan het strand is ook een aanrader.
