The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. Loved the location, right in the heart of Lakadiki -- a cute restaurant
district. It is right across the street from the Bristol Hotel, an easy
block from the seafront promenade and the docks, and right on the same
square as a nice variety of restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and
very helpful--recommended a good restaurant and helped us with parking.
I would stay here again for sure!

Very clean. Perfect location for everything you want to do. 1 block away
from Aristotelous Square, Lefko Pirgo (white tower), Ladadika
(Restaurants). 2 blocks away from shopping (Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.).
The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They
even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your
room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it.

Perfect location - walking distance to the cafes and the port
Very friendly and helpful staff!! helped us with everything, answered all the questions and even printed the boarding passes for us! Also the girl make amazing Greek coffee :) In-room breakfast is great, costs only 7 euro and it HUGE

The room was big and cozy, it was like a house. It was decorated well.
It was conveniently if not superbly located. Within walking distance to Thessaloniki's shore, it was surrounded by night clubs and restaurants.
Also, easy to find parking nearby, there is always a free spot on the street, at least it was so in August.
Clean and tidy room.

We are couple from Greece, living abroad, travelling to Greece at least twice a year. We always fly to Thessaloniki and stay at least one night before we move on. We have tried other Hotels, but this is definitely the one we stuck with. We don't need much, so this Hotel is perfect for us, in a price that can't be beaten!!!!

The location is excellent. Very close to the seafront and surrounded by a wide variety of shopping experiences - main shops, markets, food, clothes etc etc.
