  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. They even help to store our luggage even when we return from the islands and we had a day full left before the return flight in the evening... wat mensen zeggen » . The facilities are older but you can see the stuff does the best to keep it clean. Breakfast was good plentiful. We had a nice balcony to the typica - It is a really nice place for travellers ,the persons there are really quite nice and high english abilities, they will give you a lot of helps in all you want,own terriece is really cool made you feeling like in your own home. Mini eleventor is quite qute.which could give you more fine.

  The location of Athos Hotel is perfect. We took the metro from the airport to Syntagma Square, then walked only about three blocks to the hotel. It's close to restaurants, sights and shopping, but on a quieter side street. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.

  I needed a late night stopover so chose the cheapest hotel I could find, not really expecting much, just a place to crash for one night. It was a delight to find such a genuine, friendly, helpful place. But honestly I found every thing Excellent.   This was our second stay at Elizabeth Hotel. Our room (a triple) was spacious and well appointed, with a big modern bathroom. The reception and dining areas are also spacious and airy. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times.
