We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon suites and it was fabulous...what an amazing view with a private Jacuzzi no less. The breakfast was excellent and we loved all the little treats they brought around at the pool. We had dinner there one night and thoroughly enjoyed it.   The owner, Anastasis, is a real nice guy who started helping me after booking. Provide free pick up from the port and free transport to airport as well. The castle is excellent, located at 10mins walking from city centre. Away from the hustle you can enjoy a full quietness and privacy - real PRIVACY as there is only ONE guesthouse and you can enjo... wat mensen zeggen » y the whole castle alone. Many excellent photo points and I really enjoy taking my wedding pics there. The room itself is much better than I expect - AMAZING place to stay. The rooms are incredible, you will only ever be in contact with one other guest(s), as there are only two rooms: the smaller room downstairs and the upper windmill room. Anastasis is a gracious host, he helped us find a great deal on a scooter and picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Breakfast was more than we could eat each morning. I cannot stress how amazing these accomodations are, if we ever make it back to Mykonos, this is the only place we will consider

Facing west, it has a directline of sight to the bay of Mykonos, so you get breath-taking sunsetsdaily. Extras: panoramic view, pool, kitchen, wireless internet. Every care was taken to ensure my stay was pleasant. My room was comfortable and clean and the view was spectacular from the lounge. It is close enough to town, easier going down since it's above the town, so allow for time coming back up.

  Everything was perfect. Demetri is a great host, super attentive and helpful. He showed us around and offered us a ride to Mykonos and the port when we needed to. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. Great shower, comfortable bed, air conditioner and good wifi signal. We had a great time, I fully recomm - This hotel has an amazing view over the port and the sea and you can watch beautiful sunset. As we were leaving from the new port next day, the location was perfect. Staff and hospitality is amazing. Dimitris picked us up day before, and dropped us of at 7:30 am at the port. Prepared delicious breakfast at 7am in the morning. The rooms are very nice, clean and beautiful. We loved everything about the hotel.

  I was told that Kouneni was recently renovated, and it shows. Everything is brand new and very well kept. In my opinion, the pictures do not do it justice. The staff was nice and super helpful. We did not even notice at first, but there is a club 2 doors down from here, which plays loud music until about 5 am. Do not worry! Once yo - Staff very helpfull. Clean rooms.
