Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It's not a big or chain-like hotel -- quite the opposite. Every
detail is carefully taken care and the treatment given by the owners is
indeed special, making you feel like you're part of the family.

Everything really. The staff (including the owner) are really nice and helpful. Although we missed the pick up at the port (for some reason we were not informed of this), on arrival we got free frappé(greek iced coffee) and homemade wine (which is really good), the owner (sorry i can remember how to spell his name) even sent us to the airport for free at the end. helped us with everything, specially with the changes made on last
minute with our ferry because of weather conditions. She and her husband

Greece. I love everything there.
Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits.
All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
BTY, the breakfast was so delicious and healthy you might hard to find same level anywhere in Santorini.
