  This is a fabulous hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights with my daughter, prior to going on to Santorini. Excellent location - do not be put off by the fact it is in a suburb of Athens - it is an extremely 'good' suburb with fabulous restaurants and shops and only a short car ride into the centre - we hired a driver from 'Georges Taxis' for the four... wat mensen zeggen » days and like the hotel, I cant recommend them highly enough either. The easiest way to see all the sights when you only have a few days. the Y Hote - everything was perfect! very professional staff, very polite & helpful. Very clean rooms with all what ou need in the bathroom! Well done! very well situated, very nice area.   The location was in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Athens. The hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facility. We loved the fact that we were treated like royalty and we were well taken care of by the excellent staff. Anything that we needed was gotten for us. She suggested a really nice chinese restaurant in the area and even arranged a parking place for our car until we got back from our trip to Rome. The location is exceptional too.   This is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The staff were outstanding. Very helpful with suggestions particularly for restaurants in the area and catching the metro/ferries etc. The room was large and very comfortable with a mini kitchen. We had a room on the 1st floor at the back which had a lovely balcony and was not noisy. Being... wat mensen zeggen » on the first floor it was easy to walk up and down the stairs. It is well located in the Plaka district and easy walk to Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, - The hotel is charming, beautiful, clean with a staff that is so helpful and welcoming. They provide champagne and chocolates upon arrival. Additionally, they helped us with our boarding passes. They are right in the Plaka district within walking distance to many of the attractions. Loved it. And, I purposely left a pair of sneakers there and when I returned home there was an e mail letting me know that I had left them....and they wanted to know what I wanted them to do with them.   This hostel is way beyond my expectation. It's super super clean, nicely designed and managed. The mattress for the bunk bed is good quality and very comfortable. Bathroom is even cleaner than what's in my own apartment. Staff are very friendly. He explained to me for 20 minutes on the map what trips I can take to go around Athens.
