  We visited the hotel in May, therefore it was not overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful views. The food was good most of the times, tasty desserts and fresh salad. There was ice cream available at lunch/dinner time and at the bar. It was close to Chania and its location is good for exploring with a car. I... wat mensen zeggen » t is a family hotel so there were mainly families with children. Free parking and internet. - The resort wasn't too big,so we,especially our son was very happy finding every facility close to each other.The ground level room had access from both the garden side and the reception side.The staff was attentive and always smiling.The sea is perfect.

  Beautiful location as hotel is right beside the sea and also a small river. Also very close to amenities of Kalyves village which is a busy little place with its own character. Staff were excellent - friendly and very hard-working and the hotel was spotlessly clean.   All the staff were very helpful and tried very hard to make our stay a stress free and relaxing break ,We liked it so much we stayed another three days ,The breakfasts were great value and the rooms clean and well maintained .We will certenly stay again . - Location was ok.   Rust, luxe, sfeer, persoonlijke aandacht. Echt een topper! - A really nice place for a relaxed vacation. Service is excellent, and the places really feels out of the way of regular tourism. A really charming "taberna" closeby serves really tasty food. The waitress/cook was a charming elderly woman (who doesn't speak english, but that was all the mo... wat mensen zeggen » re fun). The view from the place is great. There is a small shop on the ground where you can get some groceries - The facilities, the service, the friendliness of the owner, the atmosphere, the location, all are exceptional. The owner maintains a small store with basic supplies on the compound, which is very convenient considering that the ~30 people settlement is a long way from places with shops and does not offer any reasonable supply. The place is definitely worth driving the narrow road up to it.

  Very nice hotel, the one bedroom apartment was very spacious with two balconies with terrace and sliding doors. Very private. Cleaners did great job - even washed the dishes. Towels were changed regularly. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was the same for the 12 days we have stayed, but it was delicious anyway. The location is gre... wat mensen zeggen » at, close to four different beaches, tavernas and shops. But keep in mind it is not a town - just kind of suburb of Chania. Tavernas: definitely visit - The location was great - 5 minutes to bus stop to Chania and 5 minutes' walk to the beach. Located on a silent street, so no noise from the traffic during the night. The swimming pool was very nice and so was the breakfast-served daily between 8 and 10 with a variety of food - eggs,bacon,greek salad,musli,milk,toasts,buns,cake,yoghurt,fruits etc.
